Training Course

 

In order to allow the general public to have more opportunities to participate in the 2023/24 LCSD subvented training courses, each participant can only enroll in each Basic, Intermediate and advanced training courses at most once. If the quota is not full three days before the start of the course, the above restrictions can be waived.

HKWPA - Powerlifting Beginner Course

Powerlifting Beginner Course is designed for the participants who have not engaged in powerlifting before. Participants will learn three lifts including squat, bench press and deadlift in this course.
